The Free Qualify Test is offered at zero cost to all eligible students. Since there is no payment involved, refund terms do not apply to this test.
- The free package unlocked by passing the test is non-transferable and for personal use only.
- If you fail the Qualify Test, you may explore enrolling in the 100 Days 100 Tests series to continue your preparation.
- There is no re-attempt option for the Free Qualify Test.
100 Days 100 Tests – Refund Policy
₹100 enrollment fee with performance-based refund + scholarship
The 100 Days 100 Tests series has an enrollment fee of ₹100. This fee is refunded — along with scholarship credit — only to students who successfully complete and pass the series as per the defined criteria.
Who is eligible for the refund?
✅ Eligible for Refund
- ✓ Completed all 100 tests within the series window
- ✓ Achieved the minimum qualifying score in the final assessment
- ✓ Did not exceed the allowed number of missed tests
- ✓ Account is in good standing (no malpractice)
- ✓ UPI details verified in your profile
❌ Not Eligible for Refund
- ✗ Did not complete all 100 tests
- ✗ Scored below the minimum pass threshold
- ✗ Account flagged for malpractice or sharing
- ✗ Canceled enrollment voluntarily before completion
- ✗ Duplicate/fake account detected
How the refund is processed
Series Completion Verified Day 100
VedScholar's system automatically verifies your test completion and scores after your 100th test is submitted.
Eligibility Confirmed Day 101–103
Our team reviews your performance data and confirms refund eligibility. You'll be notified via SMS/WhatsApp.
Refund Initiated Within 7 Working Days
₹100 is refunded to your original payment method. Scholarship credit is added to your VedScholar wallet simultaneously.
Money in Your Account Bank: 3–5 Days
Depending on your bank, the refund reflects in 1–5 working days after initiation. UPI refunds are typically faster.
Using the Scholarship
- Scholarship credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
- It can only be used to purchase the MHT-CET Crash Course on VedScholar.
- Scholarship credit cannot be converted to cash, transferred to another user, or used for any other product.
- Expired scholarship credit will not be reissued.
Cancellations
Rules for withdrawing from the series or other paid services
If you wish to cancel your enrollment in the 100 Days 100 Tests series, please note the following:
- Within 24 hours of payment: If you have not yet accessed or started any test in the series, you may request a cancellation and full refund by contacting support within 24 hours of your payment.
- After the first test is accessed: No refund is available on cancellations once any test in the series has been started or submitted.
- Mid-series cancellations: If you discontinue the series midway, you will forfeit your ₹100 fee and will not be eligible for the refund or scholarship benefit.
Daily Tournament Prizes
Cash prize distribution for daily competition winners
Tournament prizes are performance-based cash rewards — not refundable purchases. The following rules apply:
- Prizes are declared and transferred via UPI within 24 hours of the tournament closing.
- If you have not received your prize within 48 hours of the declared result, contact us immediately with your registered number and tournament date.
- Tournament prizes are not exchangeable for scholarship credit or any other benefit.
- Prizes are forfeited permanently if the winning account is found to have engaged in any form of malpractice.
- Unclaimed prizes (due to unverified UPI details) expire after 30 days of result declaration.
Failed Transactions & Payment Issues
What happens if your payment is deducted but not confirmed
If your payment was deducted but your enrollment was not confirmed (e.g., due to a network error or payment gateway timeout), here's what to do:
Wait 30 Minutes
Most failed transactions auto-reverse within 30–60 minutes via the payment gateway.
Check Your Account
Log in to VedScholar and check if your enrollment is active. Sometimes confirmation is delayed by a few minutes.
Contact Support
If not resolved within 2 hours, contact us with your transaction ID, amount, and screenshot.
Bank Reversal
Failed transaction amounts are reversed to your bank within 5–7 working days automatically.

- Your full name and registered mobile number
- Transaction ID or payment screenshot
- Reason for the refund request
- UPI ID or bank details where the refund should be credited (for series completion refunds)
