By accessing or using the VedScholar website (vedscholar.in), mobile application, or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered students, participants in tests, series, or tournaments, and any other users of VedScholar's platform.

VedScholar's services are designed for students currently enrolled in or who have completed 12th Standard (Science stream) in Maharashtra, primarily preparing for MHT-CET, JEE, or NEET examinations.

• You must be at least 15 years of age to create an account.
• Students below 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent to make any payment on the platform.
• You must provide accurate registration information including your real name, mobile number, and college/school details.
• One account per student is permitted. Creating multiple accounts may result in permanent suspension.

VedScholar offers a Free Qualify Test consisting of 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) to all eligible students at no cost.

• Each student may attempt the Qualify Test only once. Re-attempts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• The test is conducted under a proctored environment. Camera, microphone, and geolocation access are required. Violations may lead to disqualification.
• Sharing questions, screenshots, or content from the test with others is strictly prohibited and constitutes academic dishonesty.
• VedScholar reserves the right to modify the pass criteria, content, or structure of the Qualify Test at any time.
• The free package is for personal, non-commercial use only and is non-transferable.

The 100 Days 100 Tests series is a structured, paid test program designed to build daily exam readiness over 100 consecutive days.

• Students who enroll commit to attempting one test per day for 100 days as per the series schedule.
• A student who successfully completes and passes the series (as per the defined criteria) is eligible for a full refund of ₹100 plus scholarship credit applicable towards the MHT-CET Crash Course.
• Passing criteria and scholarship amounts are defined at the time of enrollment and may not be changed retroactively.
• Missing more than the permitted number of tests, or failing to meet the minimum score threshold, will disqualify you from the refund and scholarship benefit.
• All test content is proprietary to VedScholar. Distribution, reproduction, or leaking of any questions is strictly prohibited.
• Decisions regarding series completion, pass/fail status, and refund eligibility made by VedScholar are final and binding.

VedScholar hosts daily tournaments where students compete by answering questions within a time limit. Winners receive real cash prizes via UPI.

• Tournaments are skill-based competitions. Outcomes are determined by score accuracy and time taken.
• Prize distribution is based on the leaderboard ranking at the close of each tournament window.
• Cash prizes are paid out within 24 hours of results being declared to the UPI ID registered with the student's account.
• In case of a tie in score and time, prizes will be split equally among tied participants or decided by a tiebreaker at VedScholar's discretion.
• Any attempt to use bots, scripts, answer-sharing networks, or any form of unfair advantage will result in permanent account ban and forfeiture of any winnings.
• VedScholar reserves the right to cancel or modify a tournament in cases of technical issues, low participation, or suspected malpractice.
• Tournament participation may be subject to availability and geographic restrictions.

All payments on VedScholar are processed securely through Razorpay or other authorized payment gateways. By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

• All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment confirmation will be sent to your registered mobile number and/or email address.
• VedScholar does not store your card or bank details. Payments are handled directly by the payment gateway.
• In the event of a failed transaction where money has been deducted, it will be automatically reversed within 5–7 working days by the bank or payment gateway.

All users of VedScholar are expected to maintain academic integrity and respect the platform's community standards. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing test questions, answers, or content outside the platform during or after any test.
• Using automated tools, bots, or third-party assistance during tests or tournaments.
• Impersonating another student or using a fake identity.
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform in any way.
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from VedScholar.
• Uploading or sharing any content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, or illegal.

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any benefits or prizes, and legal action where applicable.

All content on VedScholar — including but not limited to test questions, explanations, videos, graphics, logos, study material, and website design — is the exclusive intellectual property of VedScholar Edtech Pvt. Ltd.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the platform without explicit written permission.
• The VedScholar name, logo, and branding are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorization.
• Content accessed through the platform is licensed to you personally and solely for the purpose of your own exam preparation.

VedScholar collects and processes personal information — including your name, mobile number, school/college, device data, and test performance — to provide and improve its services.

• Your data is stored securely and never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• During proctored tests, camera and microphone data may be captured to ensure academic integrity. This data is not used for any other purpose.
• Geolocation data may be collected during tests to verify your location as per platform rules.
• By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described above.

VedScholar provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. We strive to maintain 99%+ uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

• VedScholar is not liable for any loss of data, test attempts, or prizes due to internet connectivity issues on the student's end.
• We are not responsible for any academic outcomes, including exam results, that may or may not result from using our platform.
• Our total liability to any user for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 30 days.

VedScholar reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via the website and/or registered mobile number. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
